Privacy Policy - FocusFence, TabTrove, DevMarks

Last updated: 2026-10-30. TabTrove was formerly called TabKeeper; this policy covers both.

1. Data collection

These extensions have no developer-operated servers, account system, analytics, or telemetry. They contain no remote code and no ads. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.

2. Local storage

Your content - your blocklist, schedules, limits and stats (FocusFence); your tab snapshots and named sessions (TabTrove); your notes (DevMarks) - is stored in Chrome's local extension storage on your device. Uninstalling an extension removes its local storage. Files you export yourself (JSON or Markdown) are ordinary downloads: they live wherever you saved them and are not removed by uninstalling.

3. Network requests

FocusFence and TabTrove make no network requests. The DevMarks library page loads video thumbnail images from YouTube's image CDN (i.ytimg.com); loading those images sends ordinary web requests (including your IP address) to Google, and using DevMarks on YouTube involves YouTube's own normal traffic. Both are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions

Each extension requests only the permissions its features need, as described in its Chrome Web Store listing.

5. Changes

The current version of this policy is always available at this URL.
